JOSLIN, LESSER+ ASSOCIATES, INC. established in 1983, is a firm specializing in program and project management in Massachusetts. We serve as Owner’s Representatives, acting as the Owner’s agent through all phases of planning, programming, feasibility study, design, construction, commissioning, FF&E procurement, and final occupancy. We have managed a complete range of public projects, including academic buildings, residence halls, laboratory and research buildings, garages, dining commons, power plants, public safety facilities, and classroom buildings. As Program and Project Managers, we are an extension of the Owner’s staff, providing technical and management expertise in all aspects of construction project management.
In January 2015, we joined NV5 to add additional resources and expand our ability to serve our clients. While our look will be changing, our commitment to delivering value and expertise to our clients will not. We are now NV5, and together we will continue to develop solutions that enable our clients to achieve more.
