Collaborative campus hubs.

In the past, libraries were solely quiet spaces for individual study. While today’s campus libraries still have ample areas for silence, solitude, and focus, colleges and universities now seek libraries that are innovative, technology-rich, collaborative hubs on campus. Today’s libraries invite students to discuss, work, and learn together — coffee cups in hand — in open areas as well as in specially-equipped, discipline-specific meeting rooms.
