Atlanta International Airport Terminal F

NV5 provided commissioning services for the new Maynard Holbrook Jackson Jr. International Terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The international terminal was built on the east side of the airport and includes a new five-story terminal building, parking garage, automated people system, and direct connection to the existing passenger facilities in Concourse E.

Terminal F is now the gateway to nearly 80 destinations in more than 50 countries.

The facility features state-of-the-art international passenger customer service enhancements, adding an additional 12 international gates. The facility houses an in-line baggage system, new storage facility, and Bureau of Customs and Border Protection area.

Systems commissioned by NV5 include cooling, heating, air-handling, HVAC controls, plumbing water, pre-conditioned aircraft air, life safety system/fire alarm, standpipe and sprinkler, fire pump, controller, piping, and ancillary hardware, electrical substation, transformers, switchboards, motor control centers, power and lighting panel boards, lighting fixtures, lighting controls, 400 Hz power converters and connections to equipment, emergency power supply, access control and alarm monitoring, indoor air quality, and paging.
