NV5 performed a Level 2 energy audit on the landlord facilities, the Science Park, and the InnoCentre. The objective of the audit was to identify and quantify energy and cost saving opportunities beneficial to the environment.
Our key recommendations included electricity tariff change, lighting equipment energy saving, air side equipment upgrade and control optimized staging control, chilled and hot water, and an energy management and reduction plan. In addition to the audit, we also provided onsite workshops.
NV5 helped the client identify potential annual electricity savings of 10,103,409 kWh/yr, worth over USD $1.36M, which represents approximately 17.1% of the total energy cost.
