NV5 provided commissioning services for the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center, referred to as the “brightest star in the west Texas sky.” The facility is almost 10 stories tall and includes main entry lobby, box offices, concessions, lower and upper balconies, and a mezzanine level. Venues include a 1,800-seat performance hall and 200-seat recital hall.
