Master planning services provide for an overall assessment of an existing facility, this involves examining the functional needs of the system and developing a working database of field information on the facility. After obtaining the field data, the information is organized into a database and summary reports are written describing recommended improvements for repair, replacement, new construction, code, ADA and general maintenance. Ultimately, the master plan will guide the organization in addressing these concerns in a cost efficient manner.
Our architects have been providing master planning services to clients, both public and private, for over three decades. We have developed master plans for office campuses and commercial/retail developments, the assessment of the state correctional facilities, and for higher education facilities, which included planning documents for academic expansion, a childcare center, ADA compliance surveys and overall facility surveys for all campus buildings.
