Professional Experience: Will has been providing project management and environmental consulting services at TerraTech Engineers, Inc. since 2014. He follows projects from their initial stages by providing Environmental Site Assessments and Geotechnical Subsurface Investigations through site development, by managing the scope of construction materials testing and inspections for retail, industrial, residential, and commercial projects. Will has experience with Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments, Limited Site Assessments, Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal, and groundwater and soil testing in compliance with current NC Department of Environmental Quality regulations. He also has experience in providing recommendations for conditions encountered during development and managing evaluations of construction materials, while cultivating relationships with his clients.
