The Porsche Design Tower will be a 57 story condominium structure with 132 units. The building will be 650 feet high making it the tallest ocean-front residential tower in the United States.
This building will be the first in the world made by Porsche Design and Dezer Development, the same developer of the Trump buildings in Miami.
The structure will have a robotic parking system that allows owners to store multiple cars next to their residences.
NV5 provided construction observations during the construction of the approximately 145 foot long augercast piles that will support the building. NV5 has been contracted to provide continuing engineering and testing services during the project development.
