NV5 received its second Diamond award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC New York) Engineering Excellence, for their part in the Rockaway Boardwalk Resiliency Project.
As a sub-consultant to CH2M/Hill, NV5 was hired by the New York City Economic Development Corporation to “re-vision” and then prepare final contract documents for the reconstruction of the Rockaways Boardwalk which was destroyed by Superstorm Sandy.
This project, like Diamond award winning project Plaza De Las Americas, will compete for a national award at the annual ACEC Gala in Washington, DC.
