NV5 Awarded Inspector of Record Services Contract by San Luis Obispo County for County Regional Airport New Passenger Terminal

Hollywood, FL – October 8, 2015 – NV5 Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “NV5”) (Nasdaq: NVEE), a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions, announced today that it was selected to perform construction inspection/inspector of record services by the County of San Luis Obispo. The project will be located at 975 Airport Drive at the County Airport. The new terminal will be comprised of two buildings, a vertical circulation core and other site improvements. The enclosed area of the terminal will be approximately 48,500 square feet. The project includes a ticketing lobby, passenger and baggage screening areas, baggage claim area, toilet rooms, administration offices, support areas, passenger boarding bridges, passenger waiting lounges, an elevator, stairs, an ADA compliant accessible ramp, provisions for future escalators and retaining walls. Site improvements include parking lot improvement, rental car parking lot, sidewalk and circulation improvements, aircraft apron improvements, and other associated site and utility improvements. NV5’s fee for this project will be approximately $600,000.

NV5’s inspector of record will act as an agent of the County to verify compliance with codes, plans, specifications and quality assurance for the project. In addition to Inspector of Record duties to last throughout the construction of the new terminal, NV5 has been selected to provide special inspection and construction materials testing services for the initial 3 months of construction.
