Mark Webb has joined the Nolte Vertical 5 Southern California Transportation and Structures Group as an Engineering Manager. Mark brings 24 years of design experience in civil infrastructure projects, and will be responsible for project management of roadway design, military installations, and design/build projects.
As a young boy, Mark went to work with his dad, a paving contractor, on the weekends. It was through these experiences that Mark became motivated to problem solve, draw, and create the plans from which contractors work, and ultimately what inspired him to become a civil engineer.
