NV5 was retained as the Owner’s Project Manager for the occupied phased renovation of The Ritz-Carlton Denver. The first phase comprised of guestroom and suite renovations, as well as corridors. The guestroom floors not under construction remained occupied by guests. The second phase of the project included the Club Lounge renovation. Lastly, the Spa-Salon-Fitness area was reconstructed to add a new fitness center, relocate the salon and increase the size of spa reception and retail display area.
