Arlington Solar Energy Center is a 364 MW photo-voltaic project and a 110 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The project is located on approximately 2,500 acres leased from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). NV5 was selected as the Environmental Compliance Manager and Monitor by the BLM.
NV5’s team is managing the on-the-ground monitoring of the project owner and contractor personnel activities and is responsible for observing and reporting compliance with the terms and conditions of the BLM Right of Way grant (ROW) authorization and Record of Decision (ROD) for all phases of project construction.
NV5 observes and reports environmental compliance requirements and construction activities in the field during all phases of project development, provides weekly and monthly construction compliance reports to the BLM, assists with processing variance request, works with the project owner’s team and construction personnel to ensure environmental compliance issues are mitigated, and provides recommendations for resolution.
