NV5 provided LEED commissioning services of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the 4-story, 120,000 sf Capital Judicial Center. In addition, NV5 performed a comparison analysis for alternative energy return on investment (ROI), analyzing two different systems for ROI and payback.
LEED for New Construction and Major Renovation 2009 v3 helped this project achieve LEED Gold Certification.
