This natural gas storage project consists of approximately 17-miles of pipeline, 8 storage wells, and compression modification. NV5 performed wetland delineations, habitat assessments, agency consultation, permit application preparation, FERC environmental resource reports, and cultural resource surveys.
We also coordinated public and agency meetings, provided environmental inspection and support for all agency coordination and permit issues, performed technical review of the proposed construction contract, provided comments where the document did not meet current industry practices, and recommended changes to the terms and conditions section of the contract to protect the client’s liabilities.
