This project consisted of the extension of Golden Valley Road, a major arterial highway, from the Antelope Valley Freeway (SR 14) to the future easterly extension of Newhall Ranch Road and terminating at Plum Canyon Road.
NV5 provided Caltrans-certified construction materials testing and inspection services including concrete plant inspection, concrete sampling and testing, soils inspection and testing, CIDH [cast-in-drilled-hole] pile inspection, gamma-gamma testing of CIDH piles, and asphalt pavement inspection and testing.
