NV5 managed the design and construction of an 84,000 SF interdisciplinary research facility that serves as a gateway to the University of Massachusetts-Lowell North campus.
Within its four stories, the facility houses manufacturing research and nano manufacturing laboratories, characterization and cleanroom facilities, bio, health, and environment research labs. In addition to its two-story atrium lobby, there are administrative offices, and seminar and conference rooms on every floor.
The building is LEED Gold Certified.
