The old Las Vegas City Hall is now the new and improved headquarters for Zappos. The 10-story 300,000 square foot renovation consisted of a state-of-the-art cafeteria and kitchen, roof terrace, game rooms, product-specific meeting rooms, coffee shop, yoga studio, gym, and genius bar.
The plaza walls were removed and replaced with minimalist fencing to create a more open feeling. False ceilings were removed to open the space further and data and electrical wires are run in mesh-like troughs along the ceiling.
Zappos earned LEED Gold for the new construction and major renovation.
