NV5 provided MEP/FP engineering services for PUMA’s new office space at Assembly Row. The new facility brings together approximately 450 employees from their former Westford and Boston office locations.
The new Assembly Row facility houses 150,000 SF of flexible office space, a 19,000 SF roof deck and a 2,300 SF balcony, and offers access to countless amenities, including on-site dining, a professional-level fitness center, and an on-location childcare space, in addition to all that the Assembly Row district has to offer.
The project began in November 2020, and faced a number of challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Supply chain and site labor issues forced the project team to adapt by modifying the proposed project phasing; thanks to the creative solutions implemented by the Owner and the project team, the space was still completed on-time.
