NV5 provided civil site design and entitlements through the City of Orlando for the redevelopment of a vacant Circuit City tenant space as Orlando’s first Hobby Lobby.
Design challenges included modifying the existing building to add approximately 20,000 SF of additional floor space to meet Hobby Lobby’s requirements. This was done with an innovative building addition designed into the truck court area behind the shopping center.
