NV5 has provided ongoing wastewater engineering services at the City of Manteca Wastewater Quality Control Facility (WQCF).
As part of this role, NV5 designed the Phase III facility expansion, which increased capacity from an average daily flow of 5 mgd to 10 mgd while improving effluent quality.
Upgrade of the plant will provide for the production of reclaimed water suitable for unrestricted irrigation. When work is completed on the $65 million program, the regional plant will be in compliance with one of the strictest NPDES permits for dischargers to the San Joaquin River.
