Paradise Valley Estates is a continued care retirement community that offers a variety of amenities for full-service retirement living. As part of the master plan for the site, Phase 1 includes retrofit and expansion of the existing Quail Creek memory care facility; construction of a new 14,500 SF two-story parking garage; additional surface parking; street re-alignment and infrastructure improvements to enhance walkability along Estates Drive.
The 15,188 SF expansion of the Quail Creek assisted living facility involves the construction of a new, single-story wing to the existing three-story facility. The new wing will replace existing ground-level parking lot and will be joined together with redesigned living and dining areas to form an 18-bed, memory care center expansion.
As the Owner’s Project Manager, NV5 is providing complete turn-key Owner’s Representative services including but not limited to master budget and schedule development; design team, consultants, and contractor procurement; fee and schedule negotiations; competitive bid analysis; design oversight; owner reporting; entitlements; and construction oversight.
