The transformation of the Grand Hyatt Denver included a dramatic redesign of the 504 guestrooms, the main lobby and meeting spaces, a new pool, restaurant, three floors of meeting space in the adjacent office tower, and banquet kitchens. A welcoming space was created by adding a lobby bar and tiered fireplace element, as well as changing the lobby area to a more interactive space for guests and staff.
The meeting spaces located in the adjacent 555 Office Tower were all completely re-structured, including the addition of various air walls, A/V, and lighting packages to make each space more flexible and versatile for multi-function use. The project also included the complete renovation of the 555 Office Tower lobby.
The exterior of the Pavilion building, which connects the Grand Hyatt and the 555 Office Tower, was also re-skinned. The Pavilion scope also included softscape, hardscape, lighting, and signage for the entire block.
