The property, a Kimpton boutique hotel, is a 4.5 star development and hosts 105 rooms, one of which is a 1,400 square foot Penthouse Suite. Onsite you can enjoy the Viale dei Romani restaurant, unwind by the courtyard pool, or enjoy a private event at the roof top terrace. This property also provides 965 square feet of meeting space that opens up to the patio bar. Its eclectic blend of classic Art Deco style, merged with modern interiors, highlights custom art work and the highest caliber of furnishings, all procured under the management of NV5’s Program Management team.
La Peer is the first hotel to open in West Hollywood’s Design District.
Services provided by NV5 included procurement, contract management, change order and payment application analysis, entitlement/permitting assistance, liaison with West Hollywood building department, neighborhood public relations, tracking of allowance work done on a time-and-material basis, schedule analysis, and quality control of construction.
In addition, NV5 was involved with the pre-construction phase, which included contract development, document review, project scope review, and value engineering to reach a guaranteed maximum price. NV5 worked closely with the ownership team and adjusted its level of service as the project progressed through different stages.
