NV5 supported the development of this large retail store, the associated paved parking, a main connecting access road, and the mass grading of five out-parcels. The 60-acre project is located at the intersection of Dale Mabry Highway and US 41 in Pasco County, Florida.
NV5 worked on the overall site plan as well as major drainage design, permitting, and overall project management for the land development of the property. The roadway design for the access road, designed to be a main thoroughfare through the development, was also developed by NV5, along with off-site roadway improvement, pavement marking, and maintenance of traffic plans for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) right-of-way.
The project also included a 9-acre wetland mitigation area permitted through the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) and the Army Corps of Engineers. In addition, we completed the initial boundary and topographic surveys for the project and provided continuing survey services including subdivision platting and ALTA/ACSM land title surveys.
