NV5 Leaders Nominated for ASCE National and Regional Leadership Roles

At NV5, we are proud to support and celebrate colleagues who step forward to serve the civil engineering profession at the highest levels. As the ASCE election approaches, we’re excited to recognize two NV5 leaders who are candidates for national and regional ASCE offices:

Rossana G. D’Antonio, PE, GE, F.ASCE – National President-Elect Nominee
Rossana brings decades of public-sector leadership experience, including her former role as Deputy Director of Public Works for Los Angeles County, where she led complex infrastructure, sustainability, equity, and emergency management initiatives serving one of the most diverse regions in the country. A past ASCE Region 9 Governor and Fellow, Rossana has been a consistent advocate for students, young professionals, and inclusive leadership within the Society. Her career reflects a deep commitment to public service, policy leadership, and advancing resilient, equitable infrastructure.

Jeffrey M. Cooper, PE, M.ASCE – Region 9 Society Director Nominee
With more than 45 years of experience in public infrastructure and consulting engineering, Jeff has dedicated his career to service, mentorship, and professional leadership. A longtime ASCE member and current Treasurer of the Region 9 Board of Governors, Jeff brings extensive experience in governance, infrastructure funding, and advocacy. His vision emphasizes empowering members, supporting future leaders, and strengthening ASCE’s role in shaping sound infrastructure policy across the West.

ASCE’s leadership plays a vital role in guiding our profession and addressing the infrastructure challenges facing our communities. We’re proud to support Rossana and Jeff as they contribute their experience, integrity, and commitment to service through ASCE leadership.

We encourage ASCE members to learn more about the candidates and participate in the upcoming election, with voting open from May 1 through June 1, 2026.
