The new six-star luxury hotel, to be known as Crown Towers Perth, is underway. The expansion will include a 26-story tower with 500 rooms, as well as the following spaces:
The Ground Level (7,912 sm/85,132 sq. ft.) includes the lobby; pool area; kitchen; bakery; and back-of-house space. Level 1 (19,134 sm/205,883 sq. ft.) includes the atrium; reception area; administration; baggage; retail space; convention and meeting rooms; dining; and back-of-house. The Mezzanine Level (7,650 sm/82,312 sq. ft.) includes the spa and salon; fitness/gym area; restrooms; and food and beverage.
