The project consists of 85 stories over the Miami skyline. This new development (plus the existing office towers at 1101 Brickell) represent approximately 3,000,000 SF of construction on the site.

This spectacular tower contains 821 luxury residential apartments, along with a 19-story pedestal including a 208-room hotel, over 100,000 SF of medical office space, over 50,000 SF of high-end retail/restaurant space, and a 2,000 car parking garage.
For this 4-year construction project, NV5 provided pile load test analyses, subsurface investigation, geotechnical engineering, production pile monitoring, and construction material testing services, including concrete testing, soils testing, post tensioning, grease caps observations, and welding inspections.
