Standardized Survey Format

NV5 has been presenting ALTA NSPS Land Title Surveys (formerly ALTA ACSM) in our standardized survey format for more than 20 years. Many of our clients cite this easy-to-read layout as one of the key reasons they began using our service.

Single Source Provider for Commercial Surveying

A source for commercial surveying since 1973, we’re your one call for ALTA Surveys in all 50 states.

We introduced the “Standardized Survey Format” to the industry – perfecting it for easy use and review and developed a national network to become the first single-source provider with the following benefits:

  • National Coverage
  • Standardized Survey Format – Imitated but NEVER Replicated
  • Experienced, responsive staff available to answer your calls and emails
  • Competitive pricing through a multi-bid process
  • In-house review staff for quality control

Standardized Survey Format Specifics

Typically drafted on a 22” x 34” sheet our format easily folds flat to 8.5” x 11” size for easy storage in your file folders. In our effort to conserve and “go green” we save hard copy delivery for final draft and present all prior drafts to authorized transaction parties as an interactive pdf unless otherwise requested.
