NV5 uses an online application process, which allows us to better track and search for candidates.
At NV5, we are passionate about what we do and the people who do it. Our technology and acoustics consulting team is made up of curious, creative professionals who enjoy solving complex challenges and delivering thoughtful, high‑quality solutions for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are always looking for new perspectives, fresh ideas, and talented individuals who are excited to learn and contribute.
Our firm is shaped by the depth, diversity, and perspective of our people. The variety of backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints across our team makes us better collaborators and better problem solvers. We work hard, but we also value creativity, humor, and genuine connection. Our collaborative environment encourages personal and professional growth while fostering lasting relationships. As self‑described tech enthusiasts, we love deep dives into the “wires & widgets” of projects. What excites us most is applying our Artistic Engineering™ approach to tackle challenges and create solutions that are both high‑performing and visually compelling.
We were early adopters of a work‑from‑home model, beginning in 2002. Today, the Technology & Acoustics group maintains one physical office in Pittsburgh. Most positions are remote, however in many locations employees have the option to use nearby NV5 offices if desired. While remote work offers flexibility, it does not mean missing out on community. We make a point to stay connected through virtual watercooler chats, happy hours, and team celebrations, including seasonal events and charitable initiatives.
If this sounds like a place where you could thrive, we would love to hear from you. If you share our enthusiasm for technology or acoustics and enjoy working with a collaborative, forward‑thinking team, explore our current openings and tell us why you would be a great fit at NV5.
