NV5 was retained as the Owner’s Project Manager for repairs to tsunami-related damages to guestrooms and restaurants at the five-diamond Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Kaʻupulehu. In order to reopen the resort within 6 weeks after the tsunami, the NV5 team worked extended hours 7 days per week.

NV5 was hired as the Owner’s Scheduling Consultant for “The 9,” a residential and commercial complex in downtown Cleveland.
