This project involved the demolition of an existing Publix supermarket within an existing shopping center at the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Howell Branch Road in Casselberry, Florida. A new 45,000 SF Publix prototype supermarket was constructed in its place along with associated utilities and parking lot improvements.
